We are very excited about our base camps. What a great combination; floating one of Western Montana rivers for a great day of fly fishing and then returning to our cozy campsites each evening for dinner, some campfire conversation and perhaps some evening fishing. What a great concept, no more driving back and forth to your motel, no equipment hassles, just fish all day and relax all night.
Our camp cook, will have fresh coffee bright and early each morning. The hearty breakfast chow hound will enjoy our blueberry pancakes, French toast, the infamous Smith River scromlet, while the conscientious eater may prefer our granola with some fresh fruit. A delicious streamside lunch will feature unique salads, fresh fruits and, of course, Joan's homemade cookies. Dinners each evening range from traditional Western BBQ, to Cajun Shrimp, to Walnut Chicken Stir Fry. Desserts are baked fresh each day in camp using Dutch ovens. How does warm Marionberry Cobbler topped with homemade ice cream sound? Our camp features spacious Eureka tents. Each tent is equipped with large, comfortable cots or air mattresses, two per tent. You'll enjoy the relaxed atmosphere where everyone is treated like "family".
The Missouri River Base Camp trips can also be run out of The End of The Line Sportman's Retreat for an extra charge.
