Each artistically anodized reel is one-of-a-kind. No two are alike because each is anodized individually using our own artistic metallurgical process.

All reels are machined from solid blocks of 6061-T prime grade aircraft quality aluminum. Their precision machinists maintain exacting tolerances, ensuring anglers a reel that performs flawlessly. Reels are meticulously anodized and hand-finished for a lifetime of corrosion resistance.

The guts of Abel reels are their unique Stop-a-Sub drag system. Most fish are lost at either the strike or the net.
