A hidden gem nestled deep in the midst of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve on Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, the SeaClusion Villa is a small piece of paradise that beckons anglers to its threshold. Imagine a modern-day Mexican hacienda perched high on a sand dune overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean with convenient access to both flats and offshore fishing.

The Fishing

SeaClusion Villa offers both light-tackle and blue water fishing for fly or spin fishers. Bonefish, permit, tarpon, snook and barracuda inhabit the flats found in the lagoon system immediately behind the property. Trips into the fabled Ascension Bay are offered to fish the expansive, wadable flats there. Knowledgeable and experienced guides use spacious skiffs to usher guests through all of these productive flats. Blue water fishing from the villa’s own 20-foot Mako offshore boat is available at no additional charge (including all deep-sea tackle and equipment).

Accommodations

SeaClusion Villa has two lovely upstairs bedrooms, each with private bathroom, that open onto the impressive balcony. An open-architecture style gracefully connects the living room and dining area of the main floor.

Meals at SeaClusion are beautifully prepared featuring deliciously fresh seafood from the surrounding waters. Wonderful soups, lobster, crab, grouper, chicken dishes, local fruits and vegetables, all served in Mexican and Mayan style, are a highlight of this exclusive property where your every need and whim is anticipated.

Seaclusion Villa is located just four miles north of Punta Allen at the mouth of Ascension Bay on Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula.

The SeaClusion Villa is open year-round.

How To Get There
Fly direct to Cancun, Mexico from many cities in the U.S.* Upon arrival (after clearing customs), you will be met by a SeaClusion representative and transferred by air-conditioned vehicle to the villa. The four-hour drive follows the beautiful Yucatan coastline and meanders by small settlements and Mayan ruins.

Other Activities
This is a wonderful place for nonfishers as well as the angler looking for a variety of activities. Nonfishing guests will feel comfortable and well cared for and will be offered a variety of activities from birding, to scuba diving and snorkeling, to visiting the ruins, to just plain relaxing. SeaClusion Villa is a truly unique tropical hacienda with exceptional activities and continues to maintain itself as one of our most comfortable saltwater properties.

The standard package is for 7-nights/6-days. Partial weeks are available on a limited basis.

All scheduled commercial air transportation as required by itinerary from point of origin through return; imported liquor or mineral water; gratuities; baggage overweight charges; Mexican VAT on drinks and special services.
