
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy for credit or merchandise exchange.
Please call Montana Fly Goods and get a return authorization number before shipping items back.
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the shipper.
- A copy of your receipt must be with item (s)
- A note explaining the reason for your return
- Your name
- Address
- Phone number

Please Note:
- All sale items are nonrefundable
- All returned items must be in the new condition complete with boxes and hang tags. If items have been worn or used, we cannot refund or exchange your purchase.
- Shipping and credit card fees are not refundable. If you’re original shipping was free and the return of any item brings your total purchase below $150.00 the original shipping charges and the 5% credit card fees will not be refunded.
- Wader and Boot Return: When your waders and boot get to you, try them on inside in a clean place. Make sure they fit before wearing them outside. If the fit is not right, just give us a call and we will get them exchanged for the right size. We cannot refund or exchange waders and/or boots that have been soiled.
- Rod and Reel Returns: You may return your rod and/or reel provided they have not been used in the field. Just give us a call and we’ll find a suitable replacement. Rods that have dirty corks or have had the warranty card submitted to the manufacturer cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you have us spool your reel with line and or backing and want to return the reel, you will be charged for the retail price of the fly line, backing and a service charge of $25.00 for the rigging.
